ICT Commission (ICTC) is a government organization committed to driving digital transformation and fostering an ICT-enabled knowledge society. We ensure access to secure and reliable ICT services by promoting ICT investment, innovation, and competency for socio-economic development. We strive to build a robust digital infrastructure, empower local talents, and create a conducive environment for technological advancements. Through strategic partnerships, policy formulation, and capacity-building initiatives, ICTC aims to bridge the digital divide, enhance digital literacy, and position our nation as a leader in the global digital economy.

Mandate

The ICT Commission is mandated by Presidential Decree Government Notice (GN) No. 532 dated 20 November, 2015 to foster ICT development through coordination of national ICT investments, enhancing ICT competency and foresight for socio-economic development.
